No Refunds & No Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances.

Physical Books All book purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical books, regardless of the reason. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Downloads & Recordings All digital products — including downloadable files and recordings — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to issue refunds after a purchase is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a physical book that is damaged or defective due to a fulfillment error, please contact us at shopify@montance.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.
